Conveying an image

We work with literally dozens of companies every year. They range from the largest corporations to the smallest businesses. Our involvement with each production varies depending on the budget and needs of the client. Sometimes we are deeply involved in the development of the video, while other times we act as the production team to execute a vision. No two productions are alike, which makes this business a lot of fun.

When a Marietta dental practice wanted a new video for their website, Facebook and YouTube pages, they made several calls to local video production companies, but decided to use Forrester Media. They liked our professionalism, experience and 'can-do' attitude.

We liked Verde Pointe Dental Associates unique approach to dental care and how it revolved around their clients. They had a concept in mind, and we had the right person to bring that concept to life. We scheduled a full day of production, as the video was going to be more than 90 seconds and involve the entire staff of the practice. We utilized a new production tool, called a camera slider, to create camera movement and of course shot the video in High Definition.

The end result is a video that conveys an image of a progressive dental practice that is focused on it's customers and wants to make a visit more than a pleasant experience.

There aren't many dental offices that feature the entire staff doing a dance move, so you can bet your experience with Verde Pointe won't be run-of-the-mill. Need a dentist? I'd recommend Verde Pointe!

The the numbers

I stumbled across this great video put together for a lecture at AIGA Baltimore last month. Titled 'The State of the Internet' by JESS3 (on Vimeo) it features some startling numbers about all of us internet users.

One section I find especially interesting begins about 2 minutes in when online video statistics are provided, then at about 2'50" when the launch date of major social network sites are listed. In that section, it's interesting to look at the last couple of's about the same as the first couple of years listed! So enough talk...take a looK:
